The dimmer doesnt work now either i have not touched the dimmer connections i checked both old and new. Replaced 3 way switch lights wont go off.

3 way switch won t turn off. I swapped wires around and they still wont go off. One of the wires in the two three way switches is always hot assuming the circuit breaker is on.
