I purchased a 3rd key and also had it programed. 2 weeks ago ford fixed supposedly by reprograming keys.

Mustang cranks but wont start checklist. Perhaps the simplest way to check for fuel supply to the engine is at the schrader valve on the fuel rail. Things to look for. I have a 2004 mustang. A few days ago i noticed alot of corrosion on my battery terminals. On a 94 95 mustang probe the blackwhite and greywhite wires to measure the tps voltage. In most cases a failed fuel pump or clogged fuel filter will prevent the car from starting. If the theftlight is on and the vehicle fails to start chances are you have an issue with the body computer separate from the engine computer or the key has had its chip signal wiped out and so the computer will not let the car start.
I just bought a 2012 bmw 550i from an auction and the engine cranks but wont start. Problem key would operate all locks ignition etc except remote start or starting truck. A check the fuel cutoff switch in the trunk make sure it hasnt triggered. Try another key. It should be 5 99 volts with the key on engine not running. I changed the terminals now its cranking but wont st.

I tried to crank it up it wouldnt crank at all. B check the anti theft light make sure it isnt blinking rapidly if it is then the pats has disabled the fuel pump.
